In 2007, WWF-Australia inspired Sydney-siders to show their support for climate change action in the first ever Earth Hour event. It showed that everyone, from children to CEOs and politicians, has the power to change the world they live in. In Sydney, Australia, 2.2 million individuals and more than 2,000 businesses turned their lights out for one hour to take a stand against climate change.
Buildings and landmarks across Chicago are participating in this year’s Earth Hour Saturday night by turning off their lights. Make sure to hit the lights at 8:30 tonight to show your support.

Loyola theatre major Brandy Reichenberger wrote and directed this coming-of-age play that juxtaposes the experiences of Olive, a bespectacled young inventor, and the older Martin, a poet suffering from arrested development. As a viewer you will follow them on a mind-bending journey as they struggle to recognize themselves, exploring different methods of theoretical storytelling in the process.
