Picture This!…A Photo Contest
Participate in Picture This…A Photo Contest in the Glenwood Avenue Arts District.
Contest Description:
District boundaries are Morse between Ashland and Sheridan, and Glenwood between Greenleaf and Farwell. When you shop, dine, see a show or visit any of the businesses in the area, take a photo of yourself at the business with the items purchased or with the services received and post the photo on our Facebook page. Enter your photos in one or all of the categories: Adventurous, Creative or Most Loyal and compete to win fabulous prizes. We even have a Wild Card category for the person who visits and posts the most businesses in the district! Join in the fun July 2 – August 13, 2012 during the CTA construction.
How it works:
1. Take a photo of yourself at a place of business in the Glenwood Avenue Arts District where you have spent money. For example, if you got a taco, take a shot of yourself eating the taco. If you go to a show, take a shot of yourself and the ticket stub or enjoying the show. If you get a cup of coffee at the same place every day, take a photo of yourself there every day!
2. Upload your photos through our Facebook page and caption the shots with the category you are entering them in. If you’d like, write a description! You can enter as a many categories as you want and enter as many photos as you want. Remember to ask your friends to like your photo submissions!
3. Once you upload your photo take a look at the other contestants and like your favorites.
