Today, we’d like to give a warm welcome to the newest member of The Morgan and MI-Home families: Jason Stevens, General Manager. You’ve likely seen Jason around the building, so it’s time for a proper introduction.
Born and raised in Michigan, Jason comes to us from Lake Shore Plaza, the high profile community in Streeterville, where he was Leasing Director. Prior to that, Jason managed smaller communities in his hometown.
Jason is aware that he has much to learn about the ins and outs of life at The Morgan. That said, he is well qualified to manage our community and he will be working hard to enhance at-home life for residents and neighbors.
“Managing an apartment community is an interesting position to be in, and one that I love,” says Jason. “Home is obviously very important to everyone, and I’m proud to deliver the best possible living experience for our residents.”
Although he’s only been in Chicago for about a year, Jason knows the reputation of The Morgan, and knows how to best manage and promote our promise of better living.
“It’s clear that in just the last three years The Morgan has been a catalyst for the revitalized Rogers Park,” says Jason. “It’s inspiring to know that The Morgan has been able to institute such change, and I look forward to playing my part.
While it’s always sad when we lose a member of our family, we look forward to the next era of The Morgan under Jason’s management. As always, we’re working hard to provide the high-touch service you expect from our fair community.
Stop by and say hi! You can find him in the management office on the first floor.
