Last Friday, The Morgan at Loyola Station was awarded the Chicagoland Apartment Marketing & Management Excellence (CAMME) for our Studio floor plans! The CAMMEs are awarded by the Chicago Apartment Association, and held annually at the Marriott on Michigan Avenue.

This is the fourth CAMME award roped in by The Morgan at Loyola Station, previously winning the awards for Two Bedroom Model (2009), Curb Appeal for Mid/High-Rise (2009) and our Community Service Program (2011). The Morgan awards are joined above by two other wins by local MI-Home managed properties, The Lofts at Roosevelt Collection and Flair Tower. The Lofts at Roosevelt Collection won the CAMME for Property Marketing – Electronic Form (for their blog Urban Life, Collected), and Flair Tower won the CAMME for their One Bedroom floor plans!
