The Andersonville Midsommarfest is fast approaching! It is one of the most vibrant Chicago summer street festivals and it is just a short jaunt away from The Morgan. Looking to get back into shape? Then these classes are perfect for you! The new Beach Bootcamp classes will be a mixture of cardiovascular and strength training, with a focus on body-weight exercises and core work. All fitness levels are welcome! Lee will work with each participant to ensure that the exercises and intensity are appropriate on an individual basis. Class will meet three days per week: Tuesdays at 6:30pm* Thursdays at 6:00am* Saturdays at 10:00am* *Class times and days subject to change. The first day of classes will be Tuesday, May 15th at 6:30PM. Price: $15 for a single session $99 for a monthly pass for members $120 for a monthly pass for non-members Get up to 12 classes per month at the monthly rate! The monthly pass works like this: Pay at the front desk – either $99 or $120, depending on your membership status. Front desk staff will give you a receipt for your purchase, which you’ll take to your first bootcamp class. Lee will mark your month/day pass and expiration date on his roster sheet. When your month is up, you will have to renew the pass to continue taking the bootcamp classes. Do You Want to Try a Class? If you are a member and aren’t sure if bootcamp is a good fit for you, you have an opportunity to try a class for free. The first week of classes are free for members! FREE TRIAL CLASSES: Tuesday, May 15th at 6:30 PM Thursday, May 17th at 6:00 AM Saturday, May 19th at 10:00 AM To take advantage of these free classes, members must register at the front desk no later than the day prior.
